摘　　要：文章针对当今学校团队工作中出现的许多新情况、新问题,从如何更好地把青少年培养好,教育好为出发点,结合自身工作,客观分析了当前青少年思想政治教育工作中存在的问题。并针对具体困难提出了具体的方案,对基层开展思想政治教育工作提出了可操作性的建议。In view of the new situations and new problems which appeared in team work in school at this time and based on the particular work, the problems that existed in ideological and political education work for youngsters at this time were analysed objectively in the article. The specific programs was presented for different difficulty, and some operable suggestions were presented for basic-level educators which were good for carrying on ideological and political education work in schools.
