摘　　要：高职院校人事管理信息化建设,对于提高人事管理效率和服务水平,促进人事管理科学化、现代化具有积极的作用和意义。本文分析了当今高职院校人事信息管理系统应用方面存在的诸多问题,进一步提出了加强高职院校人事管理信息化建设的建议。The informatization of personnel management in Higher Vocational College is important to improve the efficiency and service level, and to promote scientific and modernized management. This paper analyzed the current problems of personnel information management system, then put forward further suggestion to strengthen the informationization construction for personnel management.
