摘　　要：职业生涯教育是高等教育的重要内容，也是高校人才培养模式改革的重要方面。文章以加拿大麦克马斯特大学为典型案例，让我们了解了西方高校在学生职业生捱教育的成功经验。比较分析我国目前高校的学生职业生涯教育现状，针对我国高校在理论研究、师资配置、教育内容、教育方法、资源支撑等方面的欠缺和困境，提出了我国高校学生职业生涯教育的新路径。Career education is important in higher education. It is important in the reform of talents training mode in higher education. This paper takes McMaster University, Canada as the example and ex- amines the successful experiences of career education in western universities. It analyzes the problems of the contemporary career education in Chinese universities and proposes some suggestions concerning rele- vant theoretical research, the allocation of teachers, teaching contents, teaching methods and resource support.
