摘 要:研究爆胎车辆运动模型问题,车辆行驶过程中发生爆胎易引起交通事故。根据实车试验得到爆胎后车辆的运动特性比较困难,通过对轮胎力学特性的研究,考虑到爆胎后轮胎刚度和有效滚动半径等参数的变化,在Dugoff轮胎模型的基础上,建立一种能够描述轮胎爆胎力学特性模型,并在Simulink中搭建了七自由度整车仿真模型。假设在驾驶员不干预的情况下,仿真了车辆在高速直行和转向时发生爆胎后的运动状况,并对爆胎导致车辆偏航的原因进行了分析。结果表明,搭建的模型可以真实反映爆胎后车辆运动特性的变化,并为稳定性研究提供了依据。Tire blow -out occurred in vehicles is very dangerous, and it is hard to get the motion characteristics of the vehicle after a puncture tire blow - out according to real vehicle test. Through the study on the mechanical properties of tires and taking into account parameter changes of tire stiffness and effective rolling radius after tire blow - out, a model was proposed based on the Dugoff tire model, which can describe the mechanical properties when the tire blow - out. And the vehicle model with seven degrees of freedom was built with the Simulink. In the case without driver's intervention, the movement of tire blow - out when the vehicle was driving straight at high speed or steering was simulated. Then the reasons of vehicle path deviation were analyzed. The results show that the model can wel lsimulate the changes in the vehicle motion characteristics after the tire blow - out.
