摘　　要：药品作为维护公众健康的重要工具,其安全一直被视为关系民生的重大问题。保障药品安全作为建立基本医疗卫生制度中的一项重要内容,是改善民生中的主要课题之一。本文将结合民生问题对药品安全作简要分析并就二者的涵义和关系进行讨论,为在改善民生中进一步提高药品安全水平提供建议和参考。Medicine is an important tool for protecting public health.So the drug safety is always concerned with a matter of the people＇s livelihood. As an essential content of the basic health system, drug safety protecting is one of the primary subjects in improving people＇s livelihood. This article analyzes the definition of people＇s livelihood and drug safety, discusses the relationship between them and provides some advice and reference on drug safety administration.
