摘　　要：通过介绍角膜接触镜的分类,材料特性及其用常见用途,临床使用现状,常见的可疑医疗器械不良事件及可能原因分析,从材料因素、患者自身因素、使用因素几个方面分析了角膜接触镜常见的风险因素,并给出了初步的风险控制建议。为加强对此类产品的监管,确保角膜接触镜的安全正确使用提供参考。By introducing the classification, material properties, common use, suspected medical device adverse event （MDR） and analysis of the MDR causes of corneal contact len, to analyze the risk factor of corneal contact lens. The analysis of the risk factor is based on three aspects, they are material factor, patients factor and use factor. By giving some advices on the risk control, so as to strengthen the monitoring of this product, and then to ensure the correct and safe use of corneal contact lens.
