摘　　要：质量和效率是企业的生命,对企业的项目和工时进行有效的管理,能直观的监测项目完成进度、考评员工的工作情况、完善企业的管理的制度、提高企业的劳动效率并保证管理质量。该文采用JSP＋SQL模式,设计和开发了基于Web的企业工时统计系统,采用模块化设计,使得系统可测试性和可维护性良好,有较广泛的应用范围。Quality and efficiency is the life of the enterprise, the effective management of projects and man-hour can visually monitor the completion of the project progress, appraise the evaluation of the staff, improve the enterprise management system, improve the labor efficiency and guarantee the quality of management. This paper using JSP＋SQL mode design and develop a Web Based Man-Hour Statistics System. The system using the modular design makes great systematic testability and maintainability, have a broader range of applications.
