摘　　要：福克纳在《喧哗与骚动》中精心勾勒了一幅精神荒原的画卷。本文从弗洛伊德精神分析批评学的角度出发,对小说中主人公昆丁四兄妹的压抑、反向作用、投射、固着、倒退等自我防御与抗争行为进行剖析,揭示作者的"荒原情结"与小说的抗争主题。Faulkner elaborately depicts a wasteland in The Sound and the Fury. This paper is going to analyze the self defenses and struggles（ depression,reverse reaction, projection, fixation and backwardness） of the heroes in The Sound and the Fury from the perspective of Freudian psychoanalytical criticism,and moreover reveal the wasteland complex of Faulkner and the struggle theme Of this novel.
