略论《论语》中的君子人格与高职学生健康人格的构建

摘　　要：《论语》推崇君子人格。君子人格蕴含着丰富的内涵,包括:仁爱、智慧、仪礼;君子人格有三条关联的养成途径,即:学习、思考、践行。当代高职学生的人格存在诸多不完善之处,表现在:孝道缺失、缺乏诚信、缺少宽容、重利轻义、能力智慧不足、不注重仪礼规范。我们应积极借鉴《论语》中君子人格的内涵及养成途径,以构建当代高职学生的理想人格。The Analects of Confucius respects gentleman personality. Gentleman personality Contains abundant connotation, Include： charity,wisdom,rites; Gentleman personality has three interrelated ways to develop, namely： learning, thinking, andpractice. The vocational college students have many imperfections of personality, for example ： lack of filial piety,lack of integrity,lack of tolerance.emphasis the interest ,lack of ability,ignoring etiquette and specification. We should learn from the gentleman personality of The Analects of Confucius actively, to build the ideal personality of vocational college students.
