摘　　要：军事飞行基础教育在军事飞行教育体系中具有重要地位,"办什么样的军事飞行基础教育,怎样办好军事飞行基础教育",是引领军事飞行基础教育转型发展的根本纲领;推动质量内涵发展,才能履行时代赋予军事飞行基础教育的任务使命。Basic education in military flight military flight has an important place in the education system, ＂what kind of military flight education, basic education in how to run the military flight＂, is leading the military transition programme for the development of basic education in flight ; Promote the development of quality content, to fulfill the task of basic education in military flight missions our time.
