摘 要:目的调查2011年度护理实习生主观幸福感的现状,为了解学生的真实心理反应,及时为学生提供有效帮助提供科学依据。方法选择2011年4月至2012年4月间在深圳市第二人民医院进行实习的8所院校共计56名护理实习生,采用自编“一般情况调查表”和“主观幸福感量表”进行问卷调查。结果(1)56名护理实习生的主观幸福感量表总体平均分为(113.55±11.05)分。(2)实习生在进大学前的户口所在地、所学专业兴趣等因子对其主观幸福感的影响差异有统计学意义(F分别为7.370,4.739;P均〈0.05)。(3)实习生在学历层次、本专业是否第一志愿、本人业余爱好、上学期间是否接受助学贷款、是否打算继续读研等因子对其主观幸福感的影响差异无统计学意义(F分别为0.259,1.280,0.916,1.912,0.068;P均〉0.05)。结论大学生正处于身心成长的关键时期,他们的内心体验不断丰富,思想观念不断发展,同时又面临着学习、恋爱、人际关系、就业等问题,常常陷于矛盾之中,因此关注他们的心理健康状况是我们每一个教育者的责任。Objective To study the status of subjective well-being among nurses trainee of 2011 year in order to understand their real psychological reactions and timely provide effective help for them. Methods A totals of 56 nurses trainee from 8 nursing schools between April 2011 and April 2012 were investigated with the questionnaire of general information and subjective well-being questionnaire. Results The average score of subjective well-being of nurses trainee was (113.55 + 11.05 ), and the registered permanent address locus, special interest were the influencing factors of the subjective well-being ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , while the factors of education back ground, whether the major was the first volunteer, hobby, whether accepting the student loans, intention to continue learning were not the influencing factors ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Nurses trainee are in the key period of physical and mental growth, their experience is riching and ideas is developing. At the same time, they face many problems such as learning, love, interpersonal relation, employment, ere, and they often have contradiction. So, educators have the responsibilities to pay attention to their mental health.
