摘 要:通过模拟实验制作电气火灾中短路铜熔珠实验样品,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其表面和横截面,对其内部孔洞的微观形态进行定性分析与定量研究.找到可供鉴别的特征参量:气孔直径D、孔洞数密度N和面积比S/S面,达到根据特征参量判断铜熔珠形成与电气火灾关系的研究目的.应用X-射线能谱仪(EDS)对其表面成分进行分析,给出一,二短路铜熔珠表面成分差异的结论.Experimental specimen of the short-circuits copper melted beads in the electric fire are made by simulation experiments. The microstructural morphological characteristics of the poles in short-circuits copper melted trace is qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively researched by observing their cross-sections by SEM. The result shows that based on characteristic parameters, such as diameter of pores, number density of poles and area ratio, the relationship between the formation of the copper melted beads and electric fire disaster can be judged. The composition of its surface is analyzed by EDS, and the conclusion is surface composition differences between the copper melted beads of primary and secondary short-circuits in the electric fire.
