摘 要:在网络学习中,学习共同体交互的质量直接影响网络教育质量。社会网络服务因其具有注重人际互动合作、共享信息和资源等优点,成为具有教育应用前景的网络服务。研究影响其交互的因素可以为网络远程学习交互环境的设计提供借鉴。该研究借鉴Bates交互分类理论和Carabajal交互模型建立一个三维度八因素假设模型,通过问卷调查法搜集调研数据,利用统计软件对调研数据进行分析,最后得出结论为社会网络身份、利他性、鼓励感知、社会文化背景、网络服务可操作性这五个因素是影响网络有效学习交互的关键因素。: The interaction quality of network learning community has a direct effect on the quality of network-based education. Social networking service has become the potential and prosperous educational networking service thanks to its advantages of active human interaction as well as information and resources sharing. Studying factors affecting the interaction can provide evidence for the design of interaction environment in distance education. We constructed a three-dimensional (including eight factors} model based on Bates" interaction classification theory and Carabajal "s interaction model. By collecting data with a questionnaire-based survey and processing the data with SPSS and Lisrel software, we drew the conclusion that social network identity, altruism, perceived encouragement, social and cultural background, and perceived ease of network service are the factors affecting the interaction of network learning community.
