摘　　要：为确保会诊申请、会诊执行、会诊效果的及时有效,在分析影响会诊时效各种因素的基础上,研发了会诊信息系统。经运行证明,该系统有效提高了会诊质量和时效性,也为管理部门评价会诊质量提供了客观依据。To ensure timely and effective consultation application, consultation execution and consultation effect, we have researched and developed a consultation information system based on analysis of various factors affecting timeliness of consultation. The operation proves that this system can effectively improve the quality and timeliness of consultation and provide an objective basis for the administrative department to evaluate quality consultation.
