基于平板试验台及键合图仿真的悬架系统研究

摘  要:介绍了平板式悬架系统试验台,并根据键合图理论建立了整车-悬架系统的仿真模型,最后提出一种可以根据平板试验台测试的结果,应用键合图仿真模型对汽车悬架系统进行性能评价和故障诊断的新方法,并通过实验和仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性。提出的方法可以很好的将平板试验台测得的结果和键合图仿真模型联系起来,根据实验数据真实直接的评测悬架系统效率,预测在不同行驶状况下悬架系统影响车辆各部分运动的情况。同时,该方法可以实现对车辆悬架系统快速而准确的失效分析和故障诊断,还可以应用在针对悬架特性的优化设计中。The structure and test procedure of the vehicle suspension test platform was first introduced.Then a simulation model of the full vehicle system was built via the bond graph theory.Finally,a new method was proposed for the suspension system evaluation and diagnosis by integrating the platform test and the simulation result.The validity of this method was approved through a series of experiments.The method proposed in it can well link to test results and bond graph simulation model.According to the experiment data,the real efficiency of the suspension system was evaluated directly.It may predict the influence of the suspension system on the movement of vehicle components in different driving conditions.At the same time,this method can realize failure analysis and fault diagnosis rapidly and accurately for vehicle suspension system as well as be applied to the optimization design of the suspension characteristics.
