应用型本科人才培养模式的改革

摘　　要：人才培养模式改革,对提高人才培养质量具有根本意义。传统的应用型本科人才培养模式存在着四大弊端。深化应用型本科人才培养模式改革应当转变教育思想观念,树立现代教育理念;明确人才培养定位,合理确定人才培养目标;加强调研论证,科学制定人才培养方案;推进制度创新,建立联合培养人才的新机制;改革教学评价,构建教学质量评价新体系。The reform of the training mode is significant for improving the quality of talents training. The traditional applied undergraduate talents training mode has four major drawbacks. To deepen the reform of applied undergraduate talents training mode we should do the following： modifying the educational ideas, establishing a modern educational philosophy, ascertaining talents training orientation and reasonably determining talents training objectives, strengthening the research and demonstration, scientifically formulating a training plan, promoting system innovations, establishing a joint training system, and reforming the teaching evaluation methods in hopes of building the teaching quality evaluation system.
