摘　　要：培养应用型创新人才不仅是高校的责任,也是企业应承担的责任,校企合作联合培养创新能力强、工程实践能力强的高素质人才是高等教育的目标。对校企合作联合培养应用型创新人才实习实训教学环节及校企合作联合培养人才的企业文化与校园文化的融合进行了探索。Training applied creative person is not only the responsibility of the colleges, but also the responsibility of the corporation. The goal of higher education is training high-quality engineering talents with strong innovative capacity and strong construction practice capacity. In this paper, the practical training and the the integration of campus culture with corporate culture in the process of the training of high-quality engineering talents through the college-corporation cooperation were explored.
