摘 要:学术技术带头人队伍是浙江经济转型升级的关键因素之一。而浙江目前的学术技术带头人队伍的数量和结构不能满足经济转型升级的需要,企业学术技术带头人的比例比较少,相对缺乏分层分类的人才发展专项规划。因此需要从系统战略的角度,把人才工程建设与浙江经济发展战略和块状产业集群发展相衔接,推动人才的块状集聚,优化人才选拔标准和程序,整合资源和相关政策,加大投入,丰富人才培养方式,高度重视学术技术带头人队伍建设。A team of academic technology leaders is one of the key factors in Zhejiang economic transformation and upgrading. However, the current number and structure of Zhejiang academic technology leaders can not meet the needs of economic development. The number of academic tech- nology leaders in the proportion of enterprises is relatively small, and we are short of development plans of hierarchical classification for academic technology leaders. Therefore, from the point of sys- tem strategy, talent engineering construction should be brought in line with our province' s economic development strategy and the massive industry cluster development, promote the formation of massive gathering of talents, optimize talents selection standards and procedures, integration of resources and policies, increase investment, extensive training mode, and attach great importance to the team con- struction of academic technology leaders.
