提高学生创新创业能力的实践教学模式探索——以扬州职业大学连锁经营管理专业实践教学模式创新为例

摘　　要：连锁经营管理专业是一个实践性和应用型极强的专业,实践性教学的质量直接影响着学生对专业知识的理解和实践能力的培养。针对我国连锁经营管理专业实践教学体系存在的问题,提出了一些创新举措,如以认识实习开启学生的专业之门,创新教学方式以强化教学效果,假期兼职实习以提升学生实践能力等,并在实践中得到了有效的验证。The chain operation management major emphasizes practicality and applicability, thus the quality of the practice teaching in this major has direct impact on the students＇ understanding of professional knowledge and also the fostering of their practical ability. In light of the problems in the practice teaching system of chain operation management major in our country, this paper advances some innovative measures, for example, open the door of professional learning for students by helping them get familiar with the practice, innovate teaching method to strengthen teaching effect and provide part-time intemship to students during holidays to improve their practice ability, which have been proved to be effective in the practice.
