摘  要:当前我国学前教育事业发展进程中存在学杂费偏高、家庭负担过重、政府投入不足等问题。政府应尽快实施学前教育成本合理分担举措,加大对学前教育的财政投入,建立三级财政拨款体系和法律保障机制,并对经济落后地区实施财政性补偿投入。Problems such as high tuition and fees, heavy family burden and insufficient government investment arise in the process of pre-school education development. Therefore, the government is supposed to take measures to reasonably share the pre-school education costs as soon as possible, to increase financial input for pre-school education, to establish the three-level financial allocation system and legal protection mechanisms, and to give fiscal compensation for investment in economically backward areas.
