摘 要:目前在汽车平顺性仿真研究中,没有考虑车身的弹性变形对整车动态性能的影响,导致仿真结果与试验结果存在差别。在ADAMS/Car模块中分别建立了整车多刚体模型和整车刚弹耦合模型,并进行了随机路面输入下的平顺性仿真试验和评价。实车道路试验验证了模型的正确性和合理性。研究结论可为汽车平顺性的研究和优化提供参考和借鉴。Currently, in the simulation research on vehicle ride comfort, did not consider the influence of the elastic deformation of the vehicle body on the vehicle dynamic performance. It led to the simulation results and experimental results are different. Multi- rigid-body model and rigid-elastic coupling model are established by using the software of MSC ADAMS/Car. The random road in- put of ride comfort simulation test and evaluation are carried out. The vehicle road test verified the accuracy and rationality of the model. The research results can offer reference and learning for vehicle ride comfort studied and optimized.
