摘  要:我国薯蓣皂素生产技术近几年有了长足发展,实验室对薯蓣皂素提取工艺的研究也很多,但废水造成的环境污染及副产物利用等问题始终制约着薯蓣皂素产业的发展。本研究在实验室清洁化工艺优化条件的基础上与传统酸水解法进行比较,结果显示前者较后者皂素得率提高5.9%,废水体积、酸用量、固形物、COD、BOD、TOC分别降低了56.42%、67.4%、32.3%、79.9%、98.99%、86.83%,发酵后的滤液经测定总糖消耗率与淀粉利用率可达到81.48%和62.44%,该清洁化工艺作为未来薯蓣皂素生产方向具有广阔的应用前景。Processing technology of diosgenin has been considerably improved in recent years.In laboratory lots of extraction technologies of diosgenin were studied,but the issues of environmental pollution and by-product utilization still restrict the development of the diosgenin industry.Compared with the conventional acid hydrolysis method,on the basis of process optimization conditions diosgenin yield of the laboratory clean technology increased by 5.9%,and the removal rate of waste water volume,acid consumption,COD,BOD,TOC were 56.42%,79.90%,98.99%,86.83% respectively.In the fermented water the carbohydrate consumption rate was 81.48%,and the starch utilization rate could be 62.44%,the clean technology had broad application prospects as the future direction of diosgenin improvement.
