摘　　要：学科组织在产学研服务中发挥了重要作用,并因学科性质不同,而产生不同的服务模式。医学学科组织根据其学科特点,产学研服务主要有项目合作、学科性公司、"科研、基地、产业"一体化发展、"前店后厂"等四种模式。为规避常规模式的局限,进一步发挥医学学科组织产学研的优势,进行产学研战略联盟的建设是一种有益的探索。Discipline organization plays an important role in industries, teaching and research services, and generates different service modes in different disciplines. According to the characteristic of medical sciences, medical discipline organization can produce four services modes of industries, teaching and research, which are project cooperation, academic company, integrated development of scientific research, base and industries, and integration of business and production. It would be significant to construct strategic alliance of industries, teaching and research.
