摘　　要：医学院校非直属附属医院是临床教学的重要组成部分,也是医学生培养的重要基地,师资队伍建设是完善非直属附属医院教学职能、提高医学生人才培养质量的关键。文章通过分析非直属附属医院师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出了加强非直属附属医院师资队伍建设的对策与措施。Non-subordinated affiliated hospitals to medical colleges are important parts of clinical teaching, and important bases for cultivating medical students. It is key to improve the non-subordinated affiliated hospitals＇ function to teaching and improve the cultivation quality by strengthening teaching staff team construction. Based on analyzing the problem of teaching staff team construction in non-subordinated affiliated hospitals, some countermeasures to improve the teaching staff team construction were put forward.
