案例教学法在应用型人才培养中的应用研究

摘　　要：应用型人才的特征是其发现、分析、创造性地解决实际问题的能力。案例教学法通过让学生承担案例中相应的角色来分析和解决遇见的问题,在短时间内让学生获得需要多年工作实践才能获得的经验。本文探讨了案例教学法存在的问题并提出相应的对策。Application-oriented talents＇ primary characteristic is their ability to explore, analysis, and creatively solve practical problems. In case method, by using of take the role in case to analysis and solve the problems, make the students get the experience which through many years working in short time. The paper discusses the problems in application of case method, meanwhile, gives the respectively advices.
