摘　　要：口腔医学教育是医学教育的一个重要分支,提高口腔医学教师的教育教学水平是口腔医学教育发展、培养符合时代发展需要的新型口腔医学人才的重要保证。本文从加强口腔医学教师的理论和实践学习、改变教学方式、活跃教学气氛等几个提高口腔医学教师的教育教学水平途径方面作一讨论。Oral medical education is an important branch of medical education,and improving the education and teaching level for oral medical teachers is an important guarantee to the development of oral medical education and to cultivate new oral medical talents meeting the needs of development of the era.The way to improve the education and teaching level for oral medical teachers is made a discussion,such as strengthening the study of the theory and practice of oral medical teachers,changing teaching methods,activing teaching atmosphere and so on.
