支架式教学理念指导下优秀大学英语教师的特质

摘　　要：随着大学英语教学改革的不断推进，西方教育心理学的最新教学模式——支架式教学模式越来越受到教育者的关注。文章将支架式教学模式与我国英语课程教学有机结合起来，阐述了支架式教学的理论基础、教学环节和特征，重点介绍了支架式教学理念指导下优秀大学英语教师应有的特质，旨在促使我国大学英语课程的教学质量日臻完善。Scaffolding Instruction, as a latest educational model in the field of western educational psychology, raises inereasing concern under the environment of college English teaching reformation. By combining Scaffolding Instruction with college English reformation, this paper introduces the theoretical basis, teaching steps and features of Scaffolding Instruction. The characteristics of excellent college English teachers are emphasized in order to improve the quality of college English education.
