摘　　要：利用Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ级数理论，讨论了一类多时滞ｍ阶中立型方程的周期解，获得２Ｔ周期解存在唯一的若干充分必要条件，推广、改进和完善了一些相关文献的结果．In this paper, by periodic shlutions of a class of mth order neutral equation with multi-delay are discussed. by Some sufficient and necessary conditions of existence and uniqueness of 2T-periodic solutions of the equations are obtained. Results in some paper are extended and improved.
