摘　　要：介绍远程教育的概念和分类，讲述了如何构建─智能化远程教育系统以及相关技术，并介绍了有关远程教育的国内外技术发展概况、水平和发展趋势．This paper first introduces the concept of tele-learning, then describes the methodology of how to establish an intelligent tele-learning system, finally provides a survey on the development of tele-learning technology.
