我国农村小学体育教学现状的分析与思考——以浙江省嘉兴市为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、因素分析等研究方法,对浙江省嘉兴市部分农村小学体育教学质量的现状进行了调研.研究结果表明,目前嘉兴市农村小学体育教育存在如下问题:专职教师不专业,教学过程偏重程式化,个性化教案少;兼职教师不稳定,骨干教师流失严重;课时安排不合理;技能教学弱于身体素质教学,群体弱于竞体的发展.针对调查中出现的问题,提出了相应的发展建议.We have had an investigation on the quality status of physical education about some of the rural primary schools in Jiaxing, based on the research methods of documentation, interviews, question- naires, factor analysis, etc. with the main conclusions as follows： The full - time teachers are not pro- fessional, which has caused rigid teaching and lack of individual teaching plans, although the overall structure of class is clear, and general education is relatively standard. More emphasis laid on form rath- er than content affects the efficiency of class teaching; the stability of part-time teachers is low, and the loss of backbone teachers is serious; the arrangement of schedule is unreasonable; skill teaching educa- tion is weaker than health quality teaching and sports groups are weaker than competition groups. Some proposals of development are raised in this article so as to help solve the above problems.
