摘 要:学校教育生态特指教师工作和成长的学校环境,是教师在学校从事教育教学和其它工作的外部条件要素及其与各要素直接或间接相关的各种现象的集合。本研究通过对某高校教学问题的调查,探讨了学校教育生态对教师及其教学工作的影响,发现为教师发展营造一个和谐、良好的教育生态环境是学校整体目标得以实现的关键之所在,也是促进学校教育教学质量提高的最有效措施。Teaching ecology of school refers to the school environment where teachers work and develop and is also the external factors on which teaching and other jobs depend. It is the combination of all kinds of phenomena caused by the direct and indirect relationship among the factors. This paper discusses the influence of teaching ecology on the teahcers and their teaching bythe survey of teaching problems exisling in the target college. It is a conclusion that creating a harmonious and comfortable teaching ecology is the key to reach the whole target of the school, meanwhile, it is also the most effective way to promote the teaching improvement in higher school.
