摘 要:目的:了解多家医院临床实习医生对医患沟通的认知、现状、存在问题及对策。方法:问卷调查杭州师范大学医学院、温州医学院、宁波大学医学院等多所院校的临床实习医生沟通现状并制定相应对策。结果:大部分实习医生对于医患沟通的现状和重要性有着较好的认知,但对医患沟通技巧应用不足,实习医生普遍没有接受过提高医患沟通理念和技巧的培训。结论:实习医生对医患沟通的现状、重要性及沟通技巧有一定的认知和实践,但存在缺少培训和应用技巧不足等问题,提示我们需加强临床医学生人文知识及沟通技巧的培训。Objective: To survey the present situation and tormulate strategies of doctor-patient communication among clinical interns in multicenter. Methods: Surveys of questionnaires were, used on the status of clinical intems communication in hospitals of Hangzhou Normal University, Wenzhou Medical University, Ningbo University and many other medical colleges. Results: Most of interns showed high cognition on the status and importance of doctor-patient communication, however, interns generally lack of professional training on concept and skill in physician-patient communication, therefore , they are in need of clinical application and practice. Clinical interns have certain communication, hut still lack of communicating training and application skills. Application skills training and humanistic education should be strcngthened in medical colleges.
