摘 要:目的评价玉蜀黍苞叶和玉米棒各提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。方法通过建立体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对玉蜀黍苞叶和玉米棒各提取物进行活性筛选,并对提取物浓度与抑制活性关系进行研究。结果玉蜀黍苞叶和玉米棒乙酸乙酯部位抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性(IC50=275.5和233.5mg/L)均高于阳性对照阿卡波糖(IC50=1 103.1mg/L),且苞叶乙酸乙酯部位抑制活性低于玉米棒乙酸乙酯部位。结论玉蜀黍苞叶和玉米棒乙酸乙酯部位均有好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。Objective To study the aglucosidase inhibitory activity of extracts from the bracts and bars of Zea mays L. Methods By establishing α-glucosidase inhibitory model in vitro, the activity of extracts from the bracts and bars of Z. mays L were screened. The relationship of inhibitory ratio and the extract concentration were also studied. Results The ethyl acetate extracts from the bracts and bars of Z. mays L had the higher inhibitor activity (IC50 275.5 and 233.5 mg/L) than that of acarbose (IC50=1 103.01 mg/L), and the ethyl acetate extracts from bracts had lower inhibitor activity than the bars. Conclusion The ethyl acetate extracts from the bracts and bars of Z. mays L have good α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.
