摘　　要：从非线性科学的视角审视,大学是一个复杂的非线性系统,其学术、资本、组织、文化、外部关系等要素之间是一种非线性关系,大学核心竞争力是大学系统整体能力正效应的涌现,是大学子系统竞争力与合作力非线性相互作用基础上的协同整合,是大学系统演进中的序参量。From the view point of nonlinear science, university is a complex nonlinear system. Its elements like science, capital, organization, culture, external relationship and so forth enjoy a nonlinear relationship with each other. University core competence is the result of the positive effect emergence of university＇s overall capacity, the coordination between the subsystem competition and cooperation based on the mutual nonlinear effects and the order parameters of university systematic evolution.
