摘　　要：民族团结是社会安定、国家昌盛和民族进步的必要条件,加强民族团结教育具有特殊的现实意义。为适应社会对民族团结教育方面人才的需求,在高校思想政治教育本科专业中增设民族团结教育方向是十分必要的。这既是具体贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于在各级各类学校广泛开展民族团结教育决策部署的重要举措,也是巩固和发展我国平等、团结、互助、和谐的社会主义民族关系,增强各民族共同奋斗的向心力、凝聚力的具体体现。Unity of nationalities is the necessity of the social stability and national prosperity and progress in all nationalities. Strengthening education for unity of nationalities has in reality a special significance. To be fitting the demand of talents by education for unity of nationalities in society, therefore, it is very necessary that undergraduate degree in the orientation d ideological and political education in higher education shall be added, which is not only the important measure implemented by central government and the state council to develop widely strategic deployment for the education for unity of nationalities in various kinds of schools, but also consolidates and develops the socialist relationships among nationalities on the basis of equality, unity, mutual assistance and harmony, and also by setting this undergraduate degree will be specific embodiment of cohesion by all nationalities going to struggle altogether.
