摘  要:为了深入了解中小学教师职业倦怠的影响因素,本文运用元分析技术对国内近8年间59篇相关实证研究文献进行了分析。结果表明:(1)人口学变量对中小学教师职业倦怠具有一定的影响,表现在去个性化维度上,男教师显著地高于女教师;教龄11~20年段的教师在情绪衰竭、去个性化程度上显著地高于教龄5年以下的教师。(2)社会支持、教学效能感及其各因子对中小学教师的职业倦怠都有负向预测力。(3)我国中小学教师职业倦怠的影响因素的效应值均为小效应量或中等偏小的效应量,因此中小学教师的职业倦怠是各方面因素的共同结果,在实践中要综合考虑各种因素。This study aims to investigate the factors of primary and senior school teachers' job burnout by making a meta - analysis of 59 relevant articles on empirical research,which published in China in recent 8 years. The result shows: (1) The demographic factor has a Certain effect on primary and senior school teachers' job burnout , like the depersonalization of male teachers is significantly higher than female teachers and teachers of 1 to 5 teaching ages are significantly lower than teachers of 6 to 20 teaching ages in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; (2) Social support, the sense of teaching efficacy and their factors have negative effect; (3)The factors of primary and senior school teach- ers' job burnout have small or medium to small effect, so the primary and senior school teachers' job burnout results from various factors which we must consideration Comprehensively in our practices.
