摘　　要：高等职业教育作为职业教育体系的重要组成部分,应逐步构建以职业素质与职业能力为核心、以培养高素质与高技能人才为目标、以专业建设与课程改革为重心、以创新教育与校企合作为路径、以国际经验为借鉴的人才培养模式,以适应经济社会发展的实际需要。cultivating vocational curriculum experience As an important part of vocational education system, the higher vocational education must construct the talents model to meet the demands of economic social development. The model should be constructed with the quality and capability as core, the talents with higher quality and skills as aim, the specialty construction and reform as center, the innovational education and school and enterprise cooperation as approach, the international as reference.
