摘　　要：随着食品毒理学的快速发展,传统单一的教学模式需要不断改进和完善,结合多年来对食品毒理学课程教学模式的探索和实践,从课堂教学、网络教学和实践教学方面进行阐述,提出建议,以期深化教学改革,创造理想的教学环境。With the rapid development of food toxicology, it is necessary to improve the traditional educational model continuously. Based on many years＇ research and practice in food toxicology education field, this report illustrates and makes proposals from course on campus, education online and practice in order to reform the education method deeply and create ideal teaching environment.
