摘 要:在构筑无忧无闷的人生之境问题上,《列子》给出的内观、自忘、安时与纵欲四种范式在文化史上展示出有效性和另类风采,对比儒家重人伦、守道义的求乐思想,其求乐释忧的方式显得旷达而近于理想化,与老庄虚无保真思想近于一路。四种范式互为表里、彼此呼应,在本质上呈现精神旨趣的一致性和哲学思理的逻辑性,不仅成为后人取效的对象,也为《列子》真伪问题的探讨提供了新的思路和视角。As for the building of a worry - free and boring - free life, Liezi puts forward four basic approa-ches, i.e. introspecting, self - forgetting, temporizing and indulging, which are quite unique and effective in the history of Chinese culture. Compared with the Confucianism which lays emphasis on ethics and morality aswell as justice, the four approaches in Liei seem too idealistic and quite similar to Zhuang Zi's nihilism. They are complementary to each other with mutual supports, assuming the spiritual consistency and reasonable logicof philosophical thinking in nature, which not only becomes the example of future generations, but also pro- vides new ideas and perspectives for exploring the authenticity of Liezi
