高校辅修专业教学改革与实践方法

摘　　要：结合当代社会发展,根据《教育规划纲要》及"十二五"规划对教育的要求,指出了高校辅修教育改革的必要性。对辅修专业现有学生进行教育教学调研,从学科建设和师资队伍角度进行评估,并据此总结了沈阳建筑大学教育体制的不足;为此,对辅修道桥专业教育方式提出改革与创新,以达到培养出适应社会发展的创新型、复合型人才的目的。According to the requirement of National Education Plan and National Twelfth Five-Year Plan,illustration was made of the necessity of education reform for minor university specialties based on the development of contemporary society.Students currently majoring in the minor specialty of road and bridge engineering were surveyed,evaluation was made of discipline construction and teacher teams,and the weakness in educational system of Shenyang Jianzhu University was summarized.Accordingly,it was proposed that teaching methods for road and bridge engineering should be reformed and innovated to train innovative and compound talents who can meet the demand for social development.
