侗族地区民事纠纷非正式解决机制研究

摘　　要：通过描述侗族民事纠纷非正式解决机制在传统与现代两个时间段的不同与相同表现,展现传统的民事纠纷解决机制经过历史的淬炼,以更适应国家体制和现代社会生活方式的形式,巧妙地与正式制度共存于当代侗族社会的规范体制中。在现阶段以及今后的一定时间内,该地区的民事纠纷处理机制仍以这种多元的形式存在;而该地区的非正式纠纷解决方式也能为熟人社会的纠纷解决提供启示。This paper studies the differences and similarities of civil dispute informal settlement mechanism in Dong area between ancient times and modern times. With the historical development, the ancient mechanism changed, in order to adapt to the state system and modern social life, and find a good way to live with the formal settlement mechanism in modern Dong area, this study presents these ideas. In the present and future time, the formal civil dispute settlement mechanism and informal mechanism coexist in diverse forms. Meanwhile, the civil dispute informal settlement mechanism in Dong area will provide inspiration for dispute resolution of the society of acquaintances.
