摘　　要：为满足射击模拟训练器俯仰和偏航方向角速度的精确测量,设计了微型惯性测量装置(MEMS),给出了ADS8364与DSP芯片TMS320F2812的接口设计方案,通过试验表明该设计能够满足实际的需要。The article introduced the MEMS to meet measuring accuracy of pitch and yaw angular velocity in shooting training simulator. The hardware interface was given for ADS8364 and TMS320F2812. The design was tested to he able to satisfy the practical demand.
