摘　　要：三叶草资源在我国十分丰富,一直被广泛应用于牧草和草坪,在饲草和园林绿化中发挥了不可替代的作用。近些年的研究表明,三叶草含有多种活性成分,具有生物学功能和药理作用,被认为是目前极具开发潜力的保健食品和医药新资源,成为食品保健、生物医学及相关领域的研究热点。介绍了三叶草的主要活性成分、药理作用及其应用研究进展,并展望了今后的研究重点和方向。Clover in our country is very rich in resources, has been widely used in forage and lawn, playing an irreplaceable role in forage and landscape, recent researchs showed that, clover contains a variety of active ingredients, which have biological functions and pharmacological effects and has been thought to be the most potential health food and medical new resources, becoming hot in the field of health food,biological medicine and related fields. This paper introduced the main active ingredients,pharmacological effects and applications of clover, and looked into research focus and direction in the future.
