西部欠发达地区导师队伍建设与研究生培养质量探析——以吉首大学为例

摘　　要：研究生导师的学术水平、人格魅力、责任感等影响着研究生的培养质量。由于自然、社会、历史等原因,西部欠发达地区高校研究生导师队伍建设存在基础薄弱,人才流动不畅,师资力量不足,结构不合理等问题,降低了导师队伍的整体学术水平和指导水平,影响了研究生的培养质量。可通过引进高层次人才,改善导师队伍结构,实行导师组制,建立导师考评体系几方面来加强导师队伍建设,保证研究生培养质量。Supervisor＇s academic level,personality,and sense of responsibility will affect the quality of postgraduate education.As a result of natural,social,historical and other reasons,there are some questions such as weak foundation,poor flow of talents,lack of qualified teachers,irrational structure in the graduate tutor team construction of western underdeveloped area university,which reduce the overall level of academic standards and guidance of graduate tutor team,affecting the quality of postgraduate training.Through the introduction of high-level talents,improving the tutor team structure,implementation of supervisor group system,establishing the assessment system,the construction of tutor team can be strengthened,and the quality of postgraduate training can be guaranteed.
