护理继续教育与现代信息技术相结合的研究探索

摘　　要：目的研究探讨如何在开展护理继续教育中运用现代信息技术，为科学开展继续教育提供依据。方法按单纯随机整群抽样方法抽取本院在职护士200名，采用《在职护士进行继续教育培训方式调查问卷》对其进行调查。结果回收有效问卷191份。87．96％～89．01％的护士对公费进修和网络进修有殷切需求，网络进修每次培训时间在1h以内为宜，授课方式中，对网上师生互动的有效性评价较高。结论广大护士对网络进修有迫切需求，每次网络进修时间的设定应适当，授课内容、方式应做到生动活泼。Objective To investigate how to apply modern information technology in carrying out nursing continuing education using, so as to provide evidences for scientific continuing education. Methods A total of 200 clinical nurses from our hospital were selected randomly and were investigated by the questionnaire of continuing education modes for clinical nurses. Results Of the 200 sending questionnaires, 191 questionnaires were retrieved. 87. 96% to 89. 01% of the nurses had the strong demands of advanced training at public expense and online training, the time of online training each class was within 1 hour. A favorable comment was given to the effectiveness of interaction between teachers and students due to the modes of online teaching. Conclusions There are strong demands of nurses for online training. The time of one online training class should be properly controlled. The contents and modes of online training classes should be lively and interesting.
