摘 要:教师资格制度是国家对教师实行的特定的职业许可制度,其建立与实施对于提高教师地位和素质,促进教师职业专业化发展具有重要意义。民国时期(1912-1949年)的小学教师资格制度在继承清末开始的小学教师检定制度的基础上,对教师资格的检定机构、检定类别及资质要求、检定内容、检定有效期等教师资格的认证制度、考试制度和证书制度做出修订并进一步完善,是对教师专业化的初步尝试,并对当下我国教师资格制度与教师专业化发展具有一定的启示意义。Teacher qualification system is a specific occupation permitting system for teacher in a state.Its establishment and implementation is beneficial for improving teachers' position and quality,and promotes the professional development of teachers.The primary school teacher qualification system in the Republic of China based on the primary school teachers certification system starting from the late Qing Dynasty made a further revision about testing organization,testing types and its qualification requirements,testing content and the validity period of teacher's qualification certification.This is the preliminary attempt on teachers' professionalization and will be helpful to improve the current system of teachers' qualification and teachers' professionalization.
