摘　　要：通过生产实践,详细对膨化机替代蒸炒锅的油菜籽膨化-预榨新工艺进行了介绍。通过对油菜籽膨化机工艺参数、操作方法的阐述,表明在油菜籽加工过程中,采用膨化-预榨工艺具有工艺路线短、操作简便、生产成本低、产品质量好等特点,非常适合中小企业新建油厂和老厂的改造。The rapeseed expansion - prepressing technology of substituting expander for cooker was introduced. The processing parameters and operation method were expounded. The results showed that expansion -prepressing technology had many advantages, such as short processing path, simple operation, low cost, good quality, etc, which was suitable for new oil plants of small to medium - size and old plants in innovation.
