愿景导向下我国高校发展路径方式探析

摘　　要：愿景描绘是高校成功实现战略管理的第一步,而愿景模式的异同能够指出高校在发展路径方式上存在的差别。本文以愿景模式作为研究的切入点,通过探讨愿景与高校发展之间的内在联系,提出以学科分布与办学层次两个维度为依据的愿景模式构建思想,并应用所构建的愿景模式对部属高校类型进行划分。A university’s vision should be commensurate with its strategic management and distinguish its development approach from other universities.Based on an analysis of various types of university vision,this study discusses the relationship between university visions and their development patterns,the establishment of a dual-level vision related to the framework of disciplinary programs and university positioning,and the categorization of universities under the Ministry of Education according to their visions for development.
