摘　　要：针对物理化学的内容和特点,探讨了物理化学在师范院校人才培养中的地位与作用。物理化学课程有利于培养师范生的想象和思维能力、自主学习能力、分析和解决问题的能力、创新能力以及教学能力,在师范院校人才培养中发挥着极为重要的积极作用。Based on the contents and characteristics of Physical Chemistry,this paper studies the status and effects of Physical Chemistry in the talents training of normal universities. Physical Chemistry always plays a very important and positive role in the talents training of normal universities ,for example, it can help normal students cultivate the imagination and thinking skills, autonomous learning ability,problem- analyzing and problem -solving ability,innovation ability and teaching ability.
