摘　　要：经济社会发展需要人才,职业教育为经济社会培养技能人才,为经济社会发展打下基础。创新职业教育人才培养模式,培养优秀技能人才是创新经济社会发展的需要,本文从专业建设创新、课程设置创新、授课方式创新三方面阐述了创新职业教育人才培养模式,以适应经济社会创新发展。The development of economy society needs talents and vocational teaching can provide those and set up the basis of its devdopment. Innovating professional talents training mode and training excellent professional talents are the need of the devdopment of society. This paper analyzed the professional talents training mode from three aspects： professional construction, course innovation and teaching methods to adapt the development of society.
